Seasonal Line Cook – Full Time and Part Time opportunities available

The Merritt Clubs Food & Beverage department seeks candidates to fulfill roles for a seasonal summertime position. The hours of food operations at all our locations are from 11am to 7pm and all locations operate from May until the end of September.
Qualifications and Skills
· Qualified applicants will be motivated, team players and able to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen working 8 hours a day.
· Preferred 3 to 5 years of previous cooking experience.
· Prior experience in a high-volume fast paced environment.
· Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. without struggle.
· Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication
You will:
- Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
- Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all Merritt F&B standards
- Help restock all stations and keep them clean and organized
- Stand and/or walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion with always has something to be doing

Compensation
· $17.00/hr
