Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust, dirt, and debris.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized supply closet and ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning preferred.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of custodial procedures and floor care techniques.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
