As a General Manager, you will lead all aspects of bakery operations, inspire and develop a high-performing team, drive business results, and ensure every guest enjoys the quality, service, and experience that define our brand.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee all day-to-day bakery operations
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a strong, engaged team
Create and maintain a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction
Drive sales growth and profitability by achieving bakery performance goals
Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, food costs, and operating expenses
Ensure exceptional guest service and effectively resolve customer concerns
Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, sanitation, and brand compliance
Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
Analyze business metrics and implement action plans to improve operational performance
Partner with ownership and leadership to execute business strategies and achieve organizational objectives
Support community engagement and local marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness
What We're Looking For
3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations
Proven leadership experience with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and operational systems
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
