Duties
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and engaging conversation.
- Conduct compelling product demos to showcase features, benefits, and compatibility of various wireless devices and plans.
- Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling, processing payments accurately, and issuing receipts.
- Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves with the latest wireless products and accessories.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about products, plans, and store policies while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Support inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, tracking stock levels, and assisting with inventory audits.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a grocery store or electronics environment, is highly desirable.
- Sales experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in team settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills in both English and the Spanish to effectively serve diverse customers.
- Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to enhance sales performance.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and stock management practices to ensure appealing displays.
