What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas while assisting with access control, crowd management, and customer questions in a professional manner.

Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

X-ray screening experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
