This is not a traditional hourly role. It is a ground-floor position for someone who wants to make an impact, create traction, and be part of a business built on honest service, strong products, and practical solutions.
At SEP, we help homeowners and property owners protect and extend the life of their exterior surfaces through advanced waterproofing, penetrating sealers, and long-lasting coating systems.
I believe people deserve a better option than pressure, fear, or being pushed into replacement before they need it. We lead with education, preservation, and straightforward guidance so customers can make smart decisions for their property.

Income
This is a 1099 independent contractor role with meaningful upside. Compensation is tied to sales, contribution, and results. For the right person, there is a strong path to significant first-year income from $60k - $150k.
What you’ll be doing
· learning our services and clearly communicating their value
· building referral and community relationships
· following up on leads and creating new conversations
· supporting inspections, site visits, and customer discussions
· helping move prospects from interest to revenue
· helping strengthen sales systems and repeatable process
