Stonebridge Nursing & Rehabilitation is growing, and we're looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. +$2.00/hour Night Shift Differential
+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Help ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, and respect
Work collaboratively with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care
Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
