Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree, OR a passing ParaPro assessment score of at least 450, OR a minimum of 48 completed semester hours required.
- Experience working in a special education classroom is essential.
- Must successfully complete required district credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprint clearance.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to facilitating student engagement and participation.
- Flexibility to support assignments across multiple schools (exact number of locations to be determined).
Role Responsibilities:
- Serve as an on-site facilitator for a virtual provider, ensuring students are engaged, prepared, and supported during remote sessions.
- Collaborate with educators and related service providers to foster a positive learning experience.
- Assist with classroom organization, student supervision, and documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school and district policies.
- Provide direct assistance and encouragement to students, helping them access and benefit from virtual sessions.
