Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Armed Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a warehouse and distribution facility. The Site Supervisor will lead on-site security personnel, ensure compliance with company policies, maintain a secure environment, and serve as the primary point of contact for the client and management team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing security operations in a industrial setting while maintaining strong leadership and communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Supervise and support security officers assigned to the warehouse facility
- Ensure all officers comply with post orders, safety procedures, and company policies
- Monitor facility access points, truck traffic, employee entrances, and visitor activity
- Conduct regular patrols of the property
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
- Prepare detailed incident, shift, and daily activity reports
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain proper staffing coverage
- Train and evaluate security personnel performance
- Investigate security concerns, theft, safety violations, and workplace disturbances
- Maintain professional communication with warehouse management and staff
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Security as a Site Supervisor or law enforcement role
- You must be legally eligible for employment in the United States (you will be required to provide documentation to verify eligibility)
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle emergency situations with composure and professionalism.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have open availability/ Flexible hours.
- You must have a valid Class D License
- You must have a valid Class G License
- You must have a valid Driver's License.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English and Spanish (required)
- You must agree to be subjected to a criminal background check
- You must be able to pass a drug screen
