CK Power is looking for a Maintenance Technician at our St. Louis, MO, location. The Facilities Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and repairs, and preventative maintenance of a wide variety of building and facility equipment and fixtures.
What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, engineering plans and work orders to perform required maintenance.
- Maintenance and repairs may include plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on operations and facility equipment.
- Conduct general housekeeping.
- Maintain facility grounds to include snow removal.
- Comply with CK Power Employee Policies and procedures and all applicable Safety regulations and requirements.
- Operate a forklift and scissors lift.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- 1+ year electrical experience.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- Strong ethical conduct.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
- Results-driven attitude.
- Customer focus (internal & external).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
What Helps:
- Mechanical/Technical degree preferred.
- HVAC experience a plus.
- OSHA 10 / 30 Hour training a plus.
