ROLE OVERVIEW
Ensure a consistent supply of high-purity process water while managing wastewater treatment and recycling systems, including RO/EDI operations and membrane optimization, in compliance with national water quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and optimize RO/EDI systems and ultrapure water production

Manage wastewater treatment, recycling, and discharge compliance

Monitor water quality parameters and troubleshoot process deviations

Lead membrane maintenance, cleaning, and optimization programs

Ensure compliance with environmental and water quality regulations

Maintain process documentation, testing logs, and compliance reporting
QUALIFICATIONS

Associate's degree or higher in Chemical, Environmental, or related engineering field

3+ years of experience in industrial water/wastewater treatment (semiconductor or solar manufacturing preferred)

Working knowledge of RO/EDI systems and membrane technology

Familiarity with environmental compliance and water quality standards

Strong data analysis and technical documentation skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand and walk throughout water treatment and utility areas for extended periods

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally, including chemical containers and equipment

Ability to wear chemical-resistant PPE (gloves, goggles, respiratory protection) for extended periods

Comfortable working around treatment tanks, pumps, and chemical storage areas

Ability to climb ladders/stairs and access elevated or below-grade equipment

Ability to work in humid, wet, or varying-temperature environments
