Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a 1st Shift Quality Technician position for a manufacturing client in Lewisburg, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!
Duties for this position include:
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure compliance with specifications
- Conduct product measurements using appropriate tools and equipment
- Complete quality checklists and documentation accurately
- Maintain and control quality-related documents and records
- Identify defects and report non-conforming materials
- Support quality training initiatives and reinforce quality standards
- Work closely with production teams to ensure product quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
Compensation (USD):
$17.00/hour
Schedule:
2nd Shift
Monday – Friday
7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Some Saturdays as required
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Previous quality experience in the automotive industry required
- Experience with quality inspection and product measurement
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to complete and maintain accurate documentation
- Understanding of quality processes and standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
