Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking an ACTT Assistant Team Leader (Mental Health Therapist) to be part of our Behavioral Health Team.
A newly hired Therapist/Behavioral Health Service Provider can receive a sign on bonus of up to $5,000.00, depending on the service agreement chosen. Service contracts are for 1, 2, or 3 years.

What You'll Do:
The ACTT assistant team lead will support the team leader in managing clinical/operational aspects of the ACTT Team. Ensuring high quality community based care for individuals with chronic and persistent mental health challenges. The assistant team lead role will have a focus on clinical oversight, consultation and guidance for clinical and non-clinical staff within the team setting. Responsibilities include:

Functions as practicing clinician on the ACTT team holding a caseload, participating in on call rotation and back up as needed and providing clinical consultation in crisis.

Provides structured face to face scheduled therapeutic interventions to provide support and guidance in all areas of functional domains: psychosocial rehabilitative interventions, case coordination, adaptive, communication, personal care, domestic, psychosocial, problem solving, etc. in preventing, overcoming, or managing the individual’s level of functioning and enhancing his/her ability to remain in the community.

Meets critical standards contained in the current edition of the National Program Standards for ACTT Teams as established by the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill or US Department of Health and Human Services Center for Mental Health Services.

Assists Team Lead with Intakes for new referrals and helps to manage waitlist effectively and providing strong communication internally and externally about waitlist

Support in completing audits, quality management activities and other service standards and outcomes

Assists Team Lead with planning and coordinating team functions.

Assists Team Lead with clinical supervision and substance use supervision of the team.

Assists Team Lead with coordinating and conducting peer reviews

Assists Team Lead with training of new employees and ongoing training in practice management, person centered planning, and documentation.

Serve as a resource and expert in the agency in areas of psychosis, dual diagnosis, and other areas such as personality disorders and trauma.

This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater. For those using their personal vehicles to transport clients/patients, a certificate of insurance is required demonstrating at least the minimum required NC auto liability insurance.
What We're Looking For:

Master’s degree in social work or counseling, LCSW or LPC, LCAS.

2+ years of ACTT experience required
-
Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) preferred but not required
-
Experience in leading team meetings
-
Experience in clinical consultation
-
Experience in serving as a liaison between leadership and teams and community partners and leadership
