Experience in sushi/seafood restaurants preferred but not required.
Minimum 5 hour shift training in house required, then a menu test is given and only after passing the test can newly employed employees be scheduled normally. Employees with experience in sushi & seafood typically pass tests faster than employees with no prior experience but we train all employees regardless of past experience to ensure employee understands our policies and extensive menu before getting on the floor.
As a server, you will be required to have extensive knowledge of our food, wine and spirits so you can make recommendations to our guests to enhance their dining experience along with knowledge of our menu and policies to ensure each order arrives exactly as expected.
Side work is to be completed before and after each shift.
Servers must be 21 or older to apply for the serving position.

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per day
