Duties
- Safely operate a light-duty tow truck, including flatbed and traditional tow trucks, to recover and transport vehicles
- Load and unload vehicles with precision, ensuring no damage during transit
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, vehicle conditions, and service reports for record-keeping purposes
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record; experience with flatbed and tow truck operation preferred
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and basic automotive systems
- Prior experience in commercial driving or towing services is highly desirable
- Ability to load & unload vehicles efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Strong conflict management skills to handle customer interactions professionally
- Mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to operate forklift or similar equipment is beneficial but not required
