We are seeking a dynamic and talented Hair Stylist/Barber to join our team at Chestnut Place, Central Vermont's Premier Senior Living Community. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, barbering, and grooming services. Your expertise in haircuts, color treatments, and grooming techniques will help create personalized looks that reflect each client’s style. Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair styling, haircutting, and barbering services tailored to client preferences.
- Apply color theory principles for coloring services, including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and color corrections.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and grooming techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold sanitation standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have compassion for older adults.
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
