Nestled in the heart of Downtown Houston, our boutique hotel delivers personalized service, stylish accommodations, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Room Inspector to help ensure every guest room reflects our commitment to excellence.
The Room Inspector is responsible for inspecting guest rooms after they have been cleaned to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards before guests arrive. This role works closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Room Attendants to maintain a consistently exceptional guest experience.

Inspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation.

Verify that all rooms meet brand and hotel quality standards before being released for guest occupancy.

Ensure linens, amenities, and supplies are properly stocked and presented.

Identify maintenance concerns and promptly report them through the appropriate channels.

Provide constructive feedback and coaching to housekeeping staff to improve performance and consistency.

Maintain inspection records and communicate room status accurately with the Front Office.

Assist with room attendant duties when business demands require.

Monitor compliance with safety, sanitation, and hotel operating procedures.

Help maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and report shortages.

Respond professionally to guest requests related to housekeeping.

Previous housekeeping or room inspection experience in a hotel preferred.

Boutique or luxury hotel experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
