In addition to the signing bonus our pay rates are as follows: $80-$95 per visit, $60-$75 hourly, and $10 per hour for travel between homes

Our outpatient clinics are structured to give therapists the time they need to deliver quality treatment—without unrealistic productivity expectations. We do not schedule 15-minute visits or overbook clinicians, allowing space for thorough evaluations, education, and hands-on care.
Position Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based pelvic health and orthopedic techniques
- Educate patients on anatomy, posture, movement strategies, and home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to ensure optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
