Lantern Electrical is hiring a licensed and experienced E-2 Lead Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. This is an immediate, full-time opportunity offering steady work, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package.
Role Overview
This position requires the ability to independently manage commercial and residential project installations. You will serve as a lead in the field, coordinating crews and project execution while maintaining clear communication with internal and customer project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage crews of up to 10 (electricians, apprentices, roofers, and site work teams)
- Oversee daily jobsite operations and installation hours
- Provide daily updates and communicate with internal and customer project management
- Manage change orders and as-built modifications to plan sets
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and NEC codes
- Maintain company vehicle in a professional manner
- Foster a professional, courteous, and team-oriented work environment
- Learn and adapt to evolving industry standards, including energy storage and renewable energy projects
What We Do
Our work includes residential, commercial, solar, battery storage systems, and EV charger installations. We offer exposure to a wide range of projects and are willing to train in areas where experience may be limited, including commercial renewable energy and energy storage systems.
Pay: $42.00 - $86.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
