Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and related dishes following established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly adhered to, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, knives, and food prep tools
- Support food service operations by assembling orders quickly and accurately for dine-in or takeout customers
- Maintain proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and waste
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food industry setting, especially in pizza making or restaurant kitchens, but not required. We will train
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for delivering exceptional food service with attention to detail
