Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our team at Kidz Klub House Madisonville. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment for children, focusing on their educational and developmental needs. This position plays a vital role in shaping the early experiences of our students in preparation for kindergarten.
Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans from our curriculum and enhance to challenge kindergarten prep education.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Foster positive relationships with children, promoting social skills and emotional development.
- Create a positive working relationship with parents to promote home and school connection for students.
- Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and manage daily activities effectively.
Requirements
- Experience in child care or preschool settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment for young children.
- CDA or other early childhood degree, or willing to obtain.
