Rushmore Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team!

Salary: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Completing maintenance tickets in a timely and professional manner. Must be knowledgeable in the basics of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance troubleshooting and repair, carpentry, drywall patching and repair, and other general maintenance tasks as they arise.
- Communicating with the Property Manager and Service Manager and working closely with team members to complete service requests and unit make-readies with quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
- Maintaining the property shop in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
- Providing guidance, support, and training to maintenance team members as needed.
- Sharing knowledge with team members and assisting in resolving maintenance challenges.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for residents.
- Managing time effectively and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Identifying and addressing potential maintenance concerns before they become larger issues.
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in all areas of construction.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must possess and bring their own hand tools.
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset.
