We are seeking a nurturing, dependable, and engaging Preschool Teacher to join a small early childhood education program serving children ages 2 years through entry into first grade.
We are looking for an individual who values relationships, meets children where they are developmentally, and understands the importance of social-emotional growth alongside academic readiness.
Position Details:
- Part-time morning position
- $17.50–$18.50 per hour DOE
- Potential for additional hours as enrollment grows
- Flexible start date
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 ECE units required
- Experience working with preschool-age children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to lead a classroom independently
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Montessori experience or training preferred but not required

Schedule:
