Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, Certified, Lead DOE 3K Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves implementing age-appropriate curriculum, promoting child welfare, and supporting the developmental needs of young children. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with parents and staff to ensure a positive learning experience that encourages curiosity, creativity, and growth.
Requirements
BA or Masters in Early Childhood
TEACH Certification birth-2nd
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and promote early childhood education.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring that all children are engaged and participating.
- Monitor and assess children's progress in various areas including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Collaborate with parents to discuss their child's progress and address any concerns regarding child welfare.
- Utilize early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
