Responsibilities:
- Lead restaurant operations to meet goals in safety, service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Manage profitability, labor, and food costs.
- Coach and develop managers and crew for success.
- Conduct food safety checks, inventory audits, and cash handling.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through strong hospitality leadership.
Requirements:
- McDonald’s or QSR management experience required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S., with reliable transportation and background check.
- 45–48 hours/week
