DESKTOP SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

THE POSITION:
As the Desktop Support Technician, you will:

Delivers IS support through the management of the desktop support processes

Provides outstanding customer service to end-users on hardware, software, and network problems, questions or issues

Troubleshoot problems with operating systems, applications, remote access, email, and telephone and wireless issues

THE QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Strong proficiency in database network-related fundamentals.

2+ years of experience in the IT field supporting 100+ users.

2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting PC desktop issues is required.

CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ are preferred.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Must be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends per business needs (on-call)

Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 25 pounds with no support regularly
