Leadership. Accountability. Excellence.
At Burr Roofing, Siding & Windows, we believe home improvement changes lives.
For more than 56 years, we've built one of Connecticut's most respected remodeling companies by delivering exceptional craftsmanship, remarkable customer experiences, and developing outstanding people.
Today we're looking for a Production Manager who isn't simply interested in managing projects.
We're looking for someone who wants to build a championship production organization.
This is a leadership position responsible for guiding our team of Project Managers while coordinating the talented field craftsmen who bring our projects to life. You'll create clarity, establish accountability, develop people, improve systems, and ensure every homeowner receives an experience worthy of the Burr name.
If your passion is leading people, improving performance, solving problems, and building winning teams, we'd like to meet you.
