Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing direct therapy and assessments in school settings
- Familiarity with elementary, middle, and high school student populations
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and document student progress
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort with a diverse caseload and adaptability across age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
- Work effectively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
