Speakeasy Fitness is hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants strong earning potential, and is looking for room to grow in a fast-paced fitness environment.
Locations: Panorama City, North Hollywood, Canoga Park, and Sylmar. Applicants should be open to working at multiple locations as needed.

What You'll Do
- Sell gym memberships through tours, outreach, and follow-ups
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Build relationships with members and prospects
- Support front desk operations and daily club needs
- Help maintain a clean and professional club environment
What We're Looking For
- Professional, dependable, and coachable
- Comfortable talking to people and making sales
- Motivated by goals and performance-based pay
- Weekend availability
- Willing to work across locations as needed
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
