What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Account Manager, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service while helping clients maintain the right protection for their changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage updates.
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend insurance solutions that better protect customers and their families.
- Educate customers on available products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Follow up with clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals while delivering outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous insurance agency or insurance customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience servicing personal lines insurance policies.
- Proven ability to identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience working in an independent agency or captive insurance office.
