Now Hiring: Licensed Massage Therapists (Subcontractors) – Special Needs & Disabilities
We are seeking a few compassionate, licensed massage therapists for a subcontract position providing in-home services to individuals with special needs and disabilities throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
This is a meaningful, long-term opportunity to serve clients who receive prescribed, ongoing massage therapy—typically 1-hour sessions, twice per week—through the Medicaid Waiver program.
Position Details:
- Consistent, recurring client schedule
- Flexible hours (coordinated directly with clients/caregivers)
- In-home service model
- Paid through Medicaid Waiver program
- Quarterly documentation required (computer access and skills are essential)
You’ll have support along the way—but as a subcontractor, you are responsible for completing required documentation and maintaining your schedule.
Requirements:
- Current State Massage Therapy License
- Active Liability/Malpractice Insurance
- Current CPR Certification (or equivalent)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach with a heart for serving individuals with special needs

We serve clients with a wide range of conditions, including:
- Autism
- Down Syndrome
- ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease)
- Cerebral Palsy
- Angelman Syndrome
- Traumatic brain injuries
- And other special needs
Current Need:
We are actively looking for therapists to serve clients in the DFW and surrounding areas. While scheduling is flexible, client needs come first, so reliability and consistency are key.
