JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing general daily operations from a clinical and
administrative perspective, and maintains open communication lines with facility staff, attending
clinicians and physicians, clients, and families.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Knowledge of Joint Commission standards.
● Demonstrates proficiency in communication and writing skills.
● Knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding client confidentiality laws.
● Knowledge of workplace violence.
● Knowledge and competency in problem-solving, stress management, ethics, and team building.
● Has a TB test, and CPR/First Aid certification.
● At least two years of experience in the corporate and healthcare fields.
● Has a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
● Flexibility to adapt to the schedule.
● Must have criminal background clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Graduate from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Knowledge and organization of all functions within the organization.
● Oversees the organization and scheduling of building maintenance.
● Works closely with management from all fields and oversees and trains all Behavioral Healthcare
Technicians.
● Oversees general daily operations from a clinical and administrative perspective.
● Provides reports for the Executive Team.
● Plans, organizes and directs programs and services.
● Gives assistance on budget matters.
● Prepares and organizes UA screening for clients.
● Meets with clients for overall welfare check-ins.
● Oversees the weekly schedule for the Behavioral Healthcare Technicians.
● Oversees the admissions for new clients.
● Oversees and inputs client medications in KIPU.
● Oversees and maintains office supply inventory.
● Monthly audits of organizational functions for the Joint Commission.
● Oversees the collection of rent payments for clients in sober living.
● Performs other duties as requested by leadership.
● Prepares each site for sate walkthroughs.
● Makes appropriate compensation recommendations, if applicable.
● Provides appropriate training for the department and holds staff accountable for attending
required training.
● Holds interviews for vacant positions and makes appropriate selection of candidates to fill open
positions.
● Monitors adherence to company and department policies, procedures, and practices.
● Creates and supports a positive, professional, team-oriented, harassment free work
environment by understanding and complying with the company’s policies.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
