Position Summary
Master Cleaners is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is often the first point of contact customers have with our company and is an important part of creating a positive experience through helpful, attentive, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process payments accurately and complete customer transactions.
Respond to customer questions in person and over the phone.
Communicate services, pricing, and expected turnaround times clearly.
Help resolve customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front counter area.
Qualifications
No previous experience required — training will be provided.
Able to work in a warm environment.
Able to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to lift approximately 25 lbs.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
