Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools and related equipment
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Inspect equipment and report any issues
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Lift and carry at least 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

- Starting pay: $600 per week during the paid training period

Interview Requirements: Applicants must bring a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver’s license to the interview. Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
This position begins with a paid training period alongside an experienced technician. Compensation will be reviewed after training based on performance, dependability, initiative, and the ability to perform the job independently.
