Introduction
Enspirit Healthcare is looking for those who are motivated to help our learners grow their skills while using Applied Behavior Analysis. At Enspirit Healthcare we prioritize staying up to date with the most recent research and scientific based ABA programs. We create new learning opportunities for our staff to be able to individualize their RBT Skill sets. We also understand the importance of building positive supervision support and communication with BCBAs. Which is why we have developed the RBT mentor program to help RBTs individualize their career goals. We want to be able to ensure our RBTs feel supported both in and out of session. Our team wants to celebrate our learners wins as well as of staffs wins.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Treatment Plans: Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or licensed behavior analyst, using evidence-based strategies.
- Data Collection: Accurately collect data on client behaviors and progress, ensuring all information is documented for ongoing assessment and evaluation.
- Behavioral Support: Provide direct support to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or community environments, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior modification.
- Collaboration: Work closely with families and other team members to communicate progress and strategies, and to provide training and support for caregivers.
- Maintain Professionalism: Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High School Diploma
- Must have RBT certificate
- Must have reliable transportation and in some cases, proof of driver’s license and valid car insurance.
- Passionate about changing the lives of others through Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
- Desire for continued learning opportunities, and willingness to embrace instruction and feedback.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary team members, and a desire to work with children.
- Pass a criminal background check
- Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and group sessions
- Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
- Engage in HIPPA practices
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client progress and concerns.
- CPR/First Aid
Essential physical requirements:
- Must possess the visual acuity to develop legible written correspondence and determine accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
- Must be able to physically perform the basic life operational functions of talking audibly, hearing, being on one’s feet for long periods of time and performing repetitive motions, such as using repeated gestures.
- Must have physical stamina and ability to match energy level of clients, including floor play with small children, bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
