TEDCO is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Estimator to join our long-standing company with deep roots and strong relationships in the Pittsburgh market.
- Pre-Construction Estimator works across a wide range of commercial projects (higher education, universities, healthcare, corporate labs)
- Direct involvement in both negotiated and competitive bids, from early conceptual stages through award.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of estimates from start to finish, from conceptual budgeting with limited numbers to detailed and complex estimates.
- Prepare competitive and negotiated bids.
- Develop scopes of work, solicit subcontractor bids and awards contracts.
- Perform risk assessments and constructability reviews on complex project types like healthcare, labs and higher education facilities.
- Present confidently to clients and represent TEDCO in a professional, client-facing manner.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to ensure scope, budget and constructability alignment.
