Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various appliances including kitchen equipment and HVAC systems to meet safety and operational standards.
- Respond swiftly to emergency repairs or system failures to minimize downtime and disruption.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge in all aspects of apartment maintenance.
- Proficiency in appliance repair, HVAC & refrigeration technology, including air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and service manuals accurately.
- Skilled in appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC system repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
- Leadership qualities with the capability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining safety standards.
