You’ll be doing things like…
- Food prep, grocery shopping, making sure there is always food on hand.
- Handling light cleaning, tidying, errands, trash, and mail sorting.
- Managing new projects for the house - scoping them out, finding vendors, presenting options, staying on top of them.
- Managing contractors – handyman, electrician, lawn care, maid, etc.
- Research and purchase items with thorough documentation of options in a Google Sheet.
- Preparing pill packs (about 60 pills a day) and maintaining stock
- Caring for two energetic lab mix dogs, including vet visits, training, medication, and daily needs.
- Maintaining household organization, including inventory management for regularly used items— supplements, toiletries, travel bags, food, etc.
- Ensuring basic maintenance for household devices (cold plunge, sauna, hyperbaric chamber, air filters, red lights, home gym, etc)
- Prioritizing all projects with little oversight and maintain all of your running tasks in ClickUp (project management tool)

Must haves for this gig…
- Proactively identifying and solving problems independently, taking ownership from start to finish
- Maintaining a predictable schedule and communicating any changes in availability.

- Reliable transportation and the ability / willingness to transport the puppers.
- Strong boundaries – this is a professional yet casual work environment. Most things you’ll do are of a personal nature.
- Ability to lift items from time to time (25-50 lbs).
- Availability to work full time (35-40 hours) during the work week, mostly in-person.
Nice to haves (not mandatory):
- Openness to Housekeeping Tasks such as cleaning laundry, floors, and bathrooms. This is totally optional since we have used professional cleaning services in the past, but let us know your level of comfort with these tasks.
- Bonus points if you can also occasionally be free during evenings or weekends. If it does, overtime will be provided.
