As a Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one support tailored to each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry
- Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Providing medication reminders (as permitted)
- Escorting clients to appointments and errands
- Monitoring changes in clients' conditions and communicate any changes
- Maintaining accurate documentation of services provided

Qualifications
- Current STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain before employment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Current TB test (or willingness to obtain before beginning employment).
