The Interdisciplinary Team Lead / Project Manager leads and coordinates environmental compliance projects, managing scope, schedule, and interdisciplinary teams in support of federal agency, agencies. This role oversees NEPA documentation and ensures all deliverables are compliant, technically sound, and aligned with federal regulations while serving as the primary liaison to stakeholders., and support successful project execution across multiple concurrent efforts.

Duty Station: Asheville, NC (Hybrid, 2 days minimum onsite)
Travel: Travel up to 75% (Travel required throughout the National Forests in North Carolina)
Plan, organize, and oversee multiple projects to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards
Serve as primary liaison to Forest Service personnel, providing regular updates, issue resolution, and strategic guidance
Coordinate and integrate technical input from specialists (e.g., biology, hydrology, forestry, cultural resources) into unified project deliverables
Oversee preparation of NEPA documentation, including Environmental Assessments (EA), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and decision documents
Ensure compliance with federal environmental laws and regulations (NEPA, ESA, NHPA, CWA, and related policies)
