At Monoblend Coffee Roasters, we believe our cashiers are the heart of the guest experience. They are the first people our guests meet, and the people who set the tone for everything that follows.
We’re looking for warm, positive, energetic people who genuinely enjoy hospitality, love communicating with others, and know how to make guests feel welcome, appreciated, and cared for. A great smile, attention to detail, and a passion for service matter more to us than previous coffee experience.
Our team receives full training on our menu, coffee program, and hospitality standards, so you’ll feel confident talking about every dish, every coffee, and every part of the Monoblend experience.
Previous experience as a barista or cashier is not required — we’re happy to teach the technical side. What matters most is personality, kindness, and the desire to create memorable experiences for guests every day.
