JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- (Crew Member) (include but not limited to the following):
- Prepping, stocking, cleaning
- Taking accurate customer orders
- Preparing food/smoothies as ordered
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - (Team Leader)
- Open availability
- Creating list for: Prepping, stocking, cleaning
- Delegating tasks and ensure proper execution
- Taking accurate customer orders
- Preparing food/smoothies as ordered
- Training new team members CORRECTLY to Tropical Smoothie Standards
- Upholding standards at all times and correcting others
- Keeping Cafe ready for inspections at all times

** Experience for Crew Member position is not necessary, but is given higher priority
** Experience for Shift Leaders must have Shift Leader experience in other restaurant businesses. Extra consideration given for already having ServSafe Manager certification.
