Ground Crew | Climbers | Estimators
We are actively hiring experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing tree service team. We are looking for ground men, climbers, and estimators who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment.
Open Positions:
- Ground Crew (Ground Men): Assist with job site setup/cleanup, operate equipment, support climbers
- Climbers: Perform tree trimming and removals, rigging, and work safely at heights
- Estimators: Meet with customers, assess job scope, and provide accurate quotes
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in tree service is strongly preferred
- Self-starters with a strong work ethic
- Team players with good communication skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Reliable and punctual
Schedule Requirements:
- Full-time positions
- Open availability is required — workdays may extend until the job is completed
- Flexibility for late hours and weekends as needed
