Monbeau Afrique is seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Assistant to support our growing luxury beauty and fragrance brand.
This role will work across sales, brand activations, operations, and social media, helping bring our vision of clean beauty, African heritage, and signature luxury scents to life.
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves fragrance, beauty, and luxury brands
- Is passionate about African ingredients, craftsmanship, and heritage
- Has strong organizational and communication skills
- Enjoys creating content and engaging on social media
- Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting sales and customer engagement
- Assisting with events, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Coordinating operational and administrative tasks
- Supporting social media management
- Helping build and strengthen the Monbeau Afrique community
