About the Role
Prop Protect is a newly formed general contracting company bringing together decades of experience with home remodeling and property maintenance. We are seeking a high-level organized Maintenance Director to take full ownership of this service division. You will direct the day-to-day operations, lead our field crews, and build the foundation of our handyman service framework . If you are an experienced construction or property maintenance professional who excels at budgeting, project pricing, and people management, we want you to grow with us.
Core Responsibilities
● Meeting with Home Owners to understand their home repair and renovation project needs and delivering timely job estimates.
● Reviewing Data/Performance of each project to maintain profitable operations and continually improve the job costing process.
● Direct the day-to-day field operations of our home repair technicians and on-the-ground agents .
● Take complete charge of developing accurate job cost estimates, scoping repair needs,
and managing project margins .
● Manage workforce schedules and optimize regional dispatch routing via QuickBooks
Time/Jobber to maximize efficiency .
● Source materials and negotiate bulk pricing contracts with local suppliers and
construction warehouses.
● Maintain absolute organizational compliance with regional building codes, multi-state
safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines .
Position Requirements
● Proven track record developing detailed repair/construction estimates and directly
overseeing field crews .
● 5+ years of supervisory experience in residential construction, remodeling, or property
maintenance.
● High comfort level utilizing spreadsheets, smart devices, and specialized property
management databases .
● Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history.
