We are looking for a fulltime maintenance technician for apartment complexes in Madison, WI. The candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or related field (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC).
Snow removal and lawn services are done by an outside contractor.
Salary: $25 - $30 per hour. Plus $300 sign-on bonus after completing probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in apartment maintenance or similar position
- Basic computer skills to include email, online work orders, payroll entry.
- Required to participate in the rotating on-call schedule. Average is one day per month.
- If end of month turnovers fall on a weekend, work may be required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for transportation during working hours.
