I'm partnering with a respected full-service law firm in Seattle seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated disputes, working directly with clients, and collaborating with experienced litigators across a broad range of commercial matters.

What You'll Do
As a member of the litigation team, you will manage and support complex commercial disputes from inception through resolution, including:

Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents

Conducting legal research and developing case strategy

Managing written discovery, document production, and depositions

Preparing and responding to interrogatories, requests for admission, and disclosures

Attending hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings

Working directly with clients to understand objectives and provide practical legal advice

Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, contracts, and business records
-
Collaborating with paralegals and litigation support staff on document management and ESI matters
-
Managing multiple active matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional work product
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active Washington State Bar membership
-
4+ years of litigation experience

Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Strong project and time management skills

Ability to independently move matters forward strategically and effectively

Strong communication and client relationship skills
