Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to both existing and new customers
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and handle cash with accuracy
- Assist customers with a variety of check-cashing services and products
- Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Work in a secure environment and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Available to work up to 12-hour shifts, 4-5 days a week, with weekend availability
- Assist with promoting our services and building strong customer relationships
- Must be willing to work at other surrounding locations when necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous cash handling experience is required (customer service or hospitality experience a plus)
- Must be able to work long shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Valid Texas Driver’s License required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- High work ethic, integrity, and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to follow all company protocols and work independently

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 40.0 per week
