We are looking for an energetic sales maven to join our team as Sales Lead. This compensation for this position is hourly base + commission.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience in a spa or direct sales environment. This opportunity is a great chance to learn and grow in your career.
The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Retail/sales experience - knowledge & ability to sell as well as train sales associates to sell memberships, packages, add-on services and retail products

A passion for people, sales and wellness and ability to promote health and wellness for both body care and skincare

Strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to details while strategizing for the big picture

Be a self-starter that does not need to told what to do daily - when given parameters and goals, they are able to take ownership of that, implement and accomplish it

Responsible for goal creation, tracking and accomplishing!

Direct supervision of sales associates

Ability to plan out upcoming promotions and event logistics to meet and/or exceed business goals

Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays - you must be able to cover call outs by sales associates

Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line

Assist Manager and Owner in growing the spa revenue, team members and profitability

Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to scheduling, inventory, and reporting, as needed
