Compensation
- $76,000 average first-year earnings
- Uncapped earning potential up to $300,000+
- Base salary + performance-based bonuses

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (auto sales, call center, real estate, mortgage, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Willing to obtain insurance license (paid by company)
Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads and existing customers
- Identify client needs and recommend coverage options
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Process quotes, applications, and policy updates
- Stay up to date on products and industry trends
